Issued Zones:  Los Angeles, San Bernardino,  Riverside, San Diego Mountains above 4,000 Feet … Cajon Pass and surrounding cities/locations nearby in the Southern High Desert.

Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Winter Weather Advisory effective now through Friday …

Date:  11/26/15 at 9:05am PT

Forecast: An impulse moving into the base of a cold trough above the Western United States will up the precipitation potential later this afternoon/evening in the advisory area, bringing snowfall into the region above 4,000 feet.   Overnight into Friday, the snow level will drop to 3,500 feet and therefore snowfall will continue to be possible with more impulses moving through.

Big Bear will have 2-4″ of snowfall … 6″ in the upper peaks … with 1-3″ in the LA Mountains, and 1-3″ in the RIV/SD Mountains above 4,000 feet, with nearly 6″ at the top of the peaks of the RIV Mountains …

Because of the snow level being low, areas in the High Desert near the Cajon Pass zones will see snowfall as well … in some of Southern Hesperia, Oak Hills, and Phelan …
