Forecast: Strong winds will develop through the day on Monday behind the storm front out of the northwest.  Wind gusts between 30-50 mph will be possible, with some damaging winds possible in the Castaic/SCV forecast zones.   Wind gusts overnight on Monday will hit the Santa Monica area out of the Sepulveda Pass.  Gusts will switch from north to northeast briefly for a ‘weak santa ana wind event’ on Tuesday.
