Forecast: Monday through Tuesday will feature a moist northwest to southeast flow.  on and off showers will be possible, with the heaviest in the Western SBA/SLO areas … up to a half inch of rain between that period is possible for the Vandenberg AFB zones within these areas … the rest will see 0.1 to 0.3 inches as an average with sprinkles (trace) in Downtown Santa Barbara at the weakest zone.
