Date:  1/6/17 at 8:45pm PT

Forecast: The southern end of the Pineapple Express will hit San Luis Obispo County on Saturday, moving down into Western Santa Barbara County (Vandenberg AFB) … high rainfall rates will be extremely likely, leading up to over an inch of rain in all areas in a short period of time by the evening hours … the exception of Pismo Beach at 3-5″

Along with the high rainfall rate and flooding … high winds over 30 to 50 mph in gusts will also be likely due to a stronger low level jet influence. 

More flooding will be likely all through way through this next week so expect additional advisories …
