[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Issued Zones:  ALL High Desert areas … The Inland Empire … Orange County … Los Angeles County … Ventura County … Santa Barbara County … Kern Valley/Desert areas …

Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Short Term Forecast effective Saturday …

Date:  1/6/17 at 9:00pm PT

Forecast: While most areas northwest of Los Angeles and Gorman will see the most rainfall, other areas from say VT/LA/OC/IE and the Riverside Mountains will see anywhere from a trace to 0.3″ of rain, depending on where you are … for your Saturday.

This by no means is only going to be a nuisance and not really all that great for those areas.

However, if in the Kern County zones, east to the rare zones of Barstow … you’ll see more rainfall than the LA metro areas …

My model is pegging over an inch of rain for Ridgecrest and even a half inch of rain for Barstow.  The model is below … usually a member only thing but since we have trials going on… you can view it now

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
