Date:  2/9/17 at 8:20pm PT

Forecast: The tail-end charlie section of a front that hit Northern/Central California harder will move through the area overnight tonight and into your Friday.  This system will bring a round of moderate to heavy rainfall in the advisory zone and within a short period of time … an inch of rainfall will hit.  The advisory means that in a short amount of time … accumulations would bring some small stream flooding to the region.
