[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Issued Zones:  The Inland Empire … LA/VT Valleys … Malibu … Orange County …

Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Santa Ana Wind Advisory effective now through Thursday morning …

Date:  3/1/17 at 4:30pm PT

Forecast: Drainage winds, or Santa Ana Winds, are moving through the area right now.  Gusts are increasing and this advisory starts at sunset and goes through the night and into tomorrow morning, expiring over the day.  SCWF Santa Ana Wind Model shows gusts of 30-50 mph will be possible in the nominal Santa Ana Wind prone zones.  So … if you’re use to getting those winds, you’ll see them.  Interestingly enough … the hardest blows this evening and tonight … where usually it is during mid-morning ..

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
