Forecast: Northeast flow will begin after switching from Northwest flow through Friday … the strongest coming Friday night into Saturday morning.  These winds will range from 30-50 mph.  Because of the single-digit humidity levels, warm temperatures, and strong winds … fire risk will remain elevated as well .. thus this is a full Santa Ana Wind Warning in all areas listed in the issued zones …

The winds will calm later Saturday afternoon/evening …
