Forecast: Tropical moisture will move into the region from the South later Thursday and into Friday. 

This tropical moisture will work with some instability for the risk of thunderstorms. 

Because the moisture is rather shallow, a dry lightning risk will be possible in or around the statement area during this time. 

This is not a flood issue.
