Forecast: A ridge of high pressure will rebuild over the region and push valley temperatures into the 100s again on Tuesday and Wednesday … overall sloping downward through the end week and ending by the weekend at least in terms of advisory criteria … 

If hiking, take my advice and bring lots of water … I brought none on my vacation at a secluded hiking spot and almost paid the price for it one day last week.
