Forecast: As the cold front is passing the region, gusty northwest winds will begin surfacing later afternoon down the I-5 corridor, maximizing this evening into tonight for the SCV/SFV and LA Basin areas, including Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and Santa Monica.  Wind gusts will range from 30-40 mph …
