Discussion: An area of disturbance that produced the NV/CA I–15 flooding yesterday is moving to the southwest today. Developing instability within the watch area is present. This will bring convergence to the watch zone, especially Big Bear and the High Desert. Prevailing flow to the south will give a chance of these moving off the mountain and desert regions into the valleys.
