Date:  2/15/17 at 2:30pm PT

Forecast: As stated in the previous article, a strong system will start off the storm train … the system is expected on Friday and last into Saturday for some.  This is Major Pacific Storm Lucifer, the next name on the list.  

He’ll be expected to bring heavy rainfall to the watch areas in a short amount of time, starting in Vandenberg Thursday night, hitting the Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Inland Empire, San Diego areas by Friday afternoon or evening.  

After this, the storm buckles a bit and brings the heavy rainfall through the Eastern Desert watch zones on Saturday.  Strong winds will be expected in all zones of the watch area along the main front … damage is expected with this storm …
