Date:  12/21/16 at 11:30am PT

Forecast: A quick moving yet potent cold front will enter the Vandenberg/SLO regions later on Friday afternoon or evening … sweeping eastward through SBA/VT/LA/OC/IE and San Diego zones overnight, with the heaviest swath of precipitation ending on Saturday morning with residual left over sloping showers. 

This system will be Pacific Storm Dante, which will deliver gusty winds, heavy rainfall leading to flooding in spots, especially the burn areas and near mudslide prone zones. 

Should the system continue the current track … Flood Advisories will be issued to cover this watch.
