Forecast: An upper level dynamic is moving out of the Colorado River Valley right now.  This will bring gravity waves through the region overnight tonight and into Wednesday morning.  Areas that have not seen activity will see an upswing in shower/thunderstorms during that period … such as Ventura, Kern, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo County … This could surprise some of you … and it’ll be similar to Tuesday morning’s storms, but stronger … with activity developing in the deserts and shoving west across the metros … 

Additional developments are likely throughout Wednesday and upgraded alerts will go out then for parts of the watch zone …
