The following video is the LIVE Delta II Launch scheduled for this morning 9-15-2018.  San Diego Coast remains with fog and so does near the Vandenberg AFB area.  The rest surprisingly is clear so don’t miss it because a couple minutes after launch it’ll go into the sunlight and be visible from a long distance.  Long toward where the sunsets if in SD/OC/LA/RIV/SBD/VT/SBA County and if In SLO/KERN look south or south-southwest for a rising flame.
