Issued Zones:  Western half of San Diego County …The Inland Empire …

Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Weather Advisory effective now through this evening …

Date:  12/28/15 at 12:55pm PT

Forecast: A very cold system will sag southward through this evening.  Strong lifting against the mountains will cause widespread showers in the IE/SD forecast regions.

Some storms may have small hail.

The advisory means that a round of showers is expected, with isolated thunderstorm potential in or around the affected zones.

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.

Forecaster: KM
