Dense Fog Advisory

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Issued Zones:  Southern LA Coast/Basin … Northwest OC Coast/Basin …

Site:  Southern California Weather Force has issued a Dense Fog Advisory effective now for Tuesday morning …

Date:  9/25/17 at 7:35pm PT

Forecast: Let us see what kind of power we can get from my micro-climate fog model.  A Santa Ana Wind will be in progress east of the advisory zone … and with an onshore flow moving into the Southern LA Coast southward to the Northwest Orange County coastal/basin zones … the convergence alone will produce dense fog dynamics on Tuesday morning.

Be advised if traveling in this area … visibility will be below 1/10 of a mile.  Long Beach Airport should be socked in with fog …

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
