A frontal zone will sweep across Southern California on Saturday, bringing rain showers to all metro areas, with a chance of rain even in the High Desert zones.
It will be windy in all mountain and desert locations as this moves through. The cold core of the system looks to be targeting Kern County, especially Bakersfield northward, where the best chances of thunderstorms will be Saturday.
An inch of snow is possible in Big Bear Lake, maybe two or more in Upper Moonridge.
Long Range … The first week of May is being monitored for another system moving through.Stay tuned to Southern California Weather Force on Facebook or our member app ZoneWatch
