Southern California Weather Force has issued a Santa Ana Wind Advisory effective Sunday, possibly into Monday for the nominal prone zones.
Discussion: As this storm today passes, drier air will be in place over the weekend. This will generate offshore gradients for moderate Santa Ana Winds. Due to the saturation of the ground, the higher levels like 4 or 5 on the maps will have a chance of trees coming down due to weakened roots.
LONG RANGE: New Years period forecast remains with the SCWF prediction of storms returning to the area, and it looks like a chance January will have a good amount of storm patterns as well.
