Forecast: A record temperature for Tuesday will be likely with upper 80s to even 90F in some spots of the LA/OC Basin zones as offshore flow works with a ridge of high pressure mainly seen during the Fall builds over the West Coast of the United States.
The areas will experience calm conditions while other areas surrounding it have strong Santa Ana Winds. Slight fire risk will accompany this.
