Forecast: A north to south flow with another impulse over the area will pop showers and thunderstorms over the mountain and desert regions this later morning through evening.
These will push outflow boundaries into the valley areas, especially the Inland Empire zones … or anywhere close to the mountain/foothill areas especially. These will contain the risk of heavy rain, hail, and lightning.
