Forecast: Former Hurricane Linda’s spiral arm is due into the San Diego/Imperial County zones through Baja tomorrow (Thursday morning) – Both elevated moisture (deep-layer) and instability suggests we will have a chance of shower/thunderstorm activity along it for the advisoryh zone … the band will move northward … and could cause some flooding on I-8 through SD/IMP County as well. Impacts will be felt along both I-10 and I-8 … and most Imperial County city locations.
