Date:  10/28/15 at 3:10pm PT

Forecast: An upper level low dropping east of our area will provide stronger north winds starting this evening and lasting through Friday at noon.  These winds will come in two parts as previously stated in the last article … Wind gusts will be 30-40 mph with gusts to 50-60 mph being possible in the wind prone zones.

This evening start zones – Santa Barbara, Los Angeles Valley zones including Eastern VT County areas and through LAX on the LA Coast.

Thursday through Friday – Inland Empire, Northwest San Diego County, Orange County, All Deserts, Mountains …

Because this is a northerly wind, very strong winds will be felt through ALL of the Inland Empire, including the prone zones of Hemet and Temecula …

Furthermore the strong upper support will bring gusty winds into Catalina Island through this event …
