Issued Zones:  Western half of San Diego County including the Mountains … …

Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Special Weather Statement effective Tuesday …

Date:  11/2/15 at 8:40pm PT

Forecast: Another impulse rotating around the current storm is located just north of the San Luis Obispo County area, offshore Salinas.  This will rotate into San Diego County on Tuesday morning and last through the day.  A perfect flow for this to bring off and on heavy shower activity to the region.  Because of the instability, moisture, upper divergence profiles, I cannot rule out some of these being thunderstorms so if an upgraded alert needs to go out … it will but remember if you are in the San Diego County area, especially the Valley/Coastal areas … be advised of this forecast …

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.

Forecaster: KM
