Forecast: Strong northwest winds will develop even stronger than now in the LA/OC/SD Coastal zones into the Los Angeles areas as well .. with gusts 30-45 mph being likely … the strongest will be at the coast, especially Downtown San Diego and even the West Torrance areas in the Palos Verdes forecast area.
