Site: has issued a Winter Weather Advisory effective now through Saturday morning

Date:  12/10/15 at 10:15pm PT

Forecast: A front will move through the region overnight tonight, dropping the snow level through Friday morning down through 4,000 feet, affecting the Gorman Pass and Tehachapi forecast zones with a 1″ of rainfall through the day.  Some parts of the Gorman may see 1-3″ of snowfall … with Pine Mountain Club coming in above 4″ …

Thunderstorms are forecast for this region with a nearby thunderstorm watch so these could produce thundersnow.

Light snow will continue off an on through Friday night into Saturday …
