Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Flood Advisory effective now through Thursday …

Date:  12/21/16 at 3:20pm PT

Forecast: While looking at Model 1E in the member section and comparing that to Model 2C … have decided that the spread is too great to not include San Diego County, The Inland Empire, Southern Orange County, San Bernardino Mountains, The Coachella Valley, and the Morongo Basin in a flood criteria.  Do feel that the 1E model is blending with 2C and thus will overspread heavy rainfall across the entire region overnight tonight and through Thursday morning … hanging on to some spots through some of the afternoon.

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
