Forecast: A complex area of storms is moving through south of Vandenberg AFB with lightning being reported/detected there as well. 

This bowing structure is moving east-northeast towards the South Santa Barbara Coast so downtown will see lightning this evening … and the south end of it could hit the Western Ventura County areas near Ventura and Ojai … Storms could produce hail and gusty winds … along with frequent lightning …
