Forecast: A frontal zone is entering San Luis Obispo this evening and stretching southward into Vandenberg AFB.  The storm system will have gusty winds along it along with torrential downpours and gusty winds.  The squall-line watch is for an increase in winds along with high rainfall rates … along with the risk of some lightning strikes in the area …
