[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Issued Zones:  Orange County Coast and some inland areas … Long Beach Airport …

Site:  SouthernCaliforniaWeatherForce.com has issued a Dense Fog Advisory effective midnight tonight through 9am Saturday morning …

Date:  6/30/17 at 9:25am PT

Forecast: The inversion from midnight tonight till 9am on Saturday morning will be at the surface.  Due to calm conditions, high relative humidity, and a convergence boundary, dense fog below a quarter of a mile is likely in a large area of the OC Coast.  A new model being developed here at Southern California Weather Force is showing this dense fog event.

Careful while driving… and if on the coast and going to Catalina… Dense fog will make for poor visibility out there …

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
