Site:  Southern California Weather Force has issued a Winter Weather Advisory effective now through Tuesday at 10pm …

Date:  2/4/19 at 3:15pm PT

Forecast:  A series of cold fronts will start tonight and move along through Tuesday night.  These cold fronts will start the snow level at 4,000 FT today and lowered as each one hits. 

Up to an inch of snow is projected for Tehachapi with 1-3″ for Keene.  The SCWF Snow Model below has all that.  Shows between 1-3 to 3-6 for Bear Valley Springs, likely 3-6″ upper elevations and 1-3″ lower.  It shows 3-6 and 6-8″ between Lake Isabella and Bakersfield along Highway 178.

Each front will act like ripples on a pond.  The snow will come and go with each one.   Gusty winds will accompany the fronts at times.
