Forecast: A trough of low pressure that will produce thunderstorms across Seattle/Portland this weekend will move into the West Coast and generate a dry front on Saturday evening into Sunday morning across the southland. 

Because of the wind advisory in the Santa Barbara area that I issued, the northwest flow means that the deeper marine layer with the onshore flow will be thick enough to generate light showers during the forecast period mentioned in here. 

Nothing big at all .. just some light showers out there Saturday night into Sunday morning …
