Forecast: Elevated instability has been detected a bit higher than previously thought and because of this and an approaching area of upper divergence in the mid-levels along with moistening of the mid-upper levels, this elevated instability will further develop cells approaching the Southeast LA, all of OC, IE, and Northern San Diego County zones through today …

These cells will have a risk of dry lightning that will be capable of starting fires along with some, but not much rainfall from them … Be advised of this …
