Forecast: The radar echos over Santa Barbara County is signaling that there is still a moist low-level component.  As these moves into Ventura and then eastward to the Santa Clarita Valley, SCWF snow-level models indicate between 1,500 and 2,000 FT and any echos moving across the valley would bring a chance of flurries and/or a mix of wintry precipitation this afternoon and evening, waning tonight.
