Forecast: An inside slider will move through starting tonight, lasting through Saturday, and ending on Sunday.  This slider will generate off and on showers in the short term forecast area.   Gusty winds are expected in the Kern County Mountains with gusts as high as 60 mph! in the populated zones.  On Sunday morning the snow-level will drop below 4,000 FT and this is when we could get a dusting in the Kern Mountains.
