Forecast: Monsoon moisture is streaming across the region as noted by the mid/upper level clouds today and as these move off, instability will develop today into tonight, and into parts of Sunday for the risk of showers OR thunderstorms just about anywhere in the advisory area. Areas in the mountain/desert region however this afternoon will see the stronger thunderstorms.
Some of these may be beneficial for the fires with stronger downpours at times, other areas may see additional fires due to lightning.NOTE: I am NOT allowing new sign-ups paying for the SCWF alert system at this time.
