Severe Thunderstorm Watch

by
0Shares

Issued Zones:  Inland Empire

Site:  Southern California Weather Force has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch effective now through this evening …

Date:  8/18/20 at 11:45am PT

Forecast: Other than the normal mountain/desert areas for storms, some of which are in progress now, the Inland Empire zones from storms and outflow this afternoon/evening will also be possible. Today is the best day for that since it has a strong easterly flow.
Instability is maximized so some of the Inland Empire storms will be SEVERE – … My micro-climate system is not working on the site right now so this will serve as a full Severe Thunderstorm Watch in the Inland Empire …

NOTE: I am NOT allowing new sign-ups paying for the SCWF alert system at this time. I am redoing the system over the Summer and offering free service till October 1st. This is because this Summer is either close… or keep open come the next storm season due to a post COVID-19 economy. You can grab the account here – https://www.southerncaliforniaweatherforce.com/trial-member/

10 mile rule:  These alerts issued on this site means that within your zone and 10 miles from you will see the event forecast for.  You may or may not see the event but it means you are in the zone or 10 miles from where someone will.
