Forecast: A dry cutoff low swinging through the area today will snap southward and bring a light offshore flow to the region from Monday through Friday of this week.. an idea week of dry/hot conditions will be expected across the area.  Winds will be light and no Santa Ana Wind Alerts are issued with this.  The Fire Weather Warning, similar to Red Flag Warning, is for warm/dry conditions that are breeding grounds for fire starts.
