Forecast: Two small areas of dense fog is showing up on the SCWF Fog Forecast Model and that is the Southern LA Basin/Coast, including LAX/LBC and a separate zone in Downtown San Diego overnight tonight into Wednesday morning. Fog Advisories are issued when dense fog is detected by the SCWF Fog Model, which is the image below. A larger area of dense fog is projected for Wednesday night into Thursday morning, just before the wind switches offshore and dries the region out. Expected another advisory and model image.
