Forecast: An upper level low southwest of San Diego will bring in moisture from former Hurricane Nora. This moisture will intact with outflow from severe storms to the south and north of the watch area. They will converge over the Las Vegas Metro areas later on … and this watch is for marginally severe hail and damaging winds.
Some of the wind values do show pretty hefty winds with the strongest cells … In addition to the storms, flash flooding is also possible. These storms will stick around all night in Clark County as the upper-level low moves directly overhead –
