Southern California Weather Force has issued a Thunderstorm Watch effective for the following zones.

Zones issued for:  Metro High Desert … Cajon Pass … Ontario … Fontana … San Bernardino and Yucaipa … San Bernardino Mountains …

Discussion:  A cutoff system to the southwest of here is sneaking through the forecast area, which is causing the onshore flow and low clouds within the metros today.  This same system is going to bring showers and thunderstorms out of the north, through the High Desert zones through this evening.

Storms will vacate at sunset when the heating of the day goes down.

Storms will be most dominate in the High Desert areas with the greatest heating of the low levels.
