Forecast: A more inside track of the system has lowered snow levels to near 4,000 FT for this evening into the overnight hours across the LA/SBD Mountains. Weather models here show around 1-3″ of snowfall in the area with deepening moisture through the 10,000 FT level.
More snow will hit Wrightwood than Big Bear Lake with this type of pattern .. as will hit more the west end of Big Bear and along the rim than east end of town. Premium members, you can see the snow model in the member section in the link below.
