Forecast: Offshore flow will return the Santa Ana Winds into areas below passes and canyons, within the zones listed above.  Wind gusts of 30-45 mph will be likely both Thursday and Friday … weakening fast Friday morning in the Inland Empire locations, while holding onto the Santa Clarita and Ventura County zones through the afternoon, dropping in the evening.
